Tomasz Felpel

Managing  Partner
Tomasz brings over a decade of experience leading global business development and M&A strategy at Fortune 500 companies, pairing corporate expertise with entrepreneurial rigor and insight into early-stage investing.  A  founder and active angel investor, he understands both the operational challenges of building and scaling businesses and the discipline required for investment success.

At Columbia Business School, Tomasz serves as Vice President of the Venture Capital Club and Vice President of the Entrepreneurship Club. He is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at StartupLab, Columbia’s SoHo-based incubator. In addition, he has supported dozens of startups through Columbia’s venture  ecosystem and related organizations.

Beyond academia and venture, Tomasz is a strategic contributor to the Felpel Family Office, where he helps direct investments across technology, healthcare, and real estate.

Managing Partner
Joe Park is a seasoned healthcare executive and venture investor with over 20 years of experience across life sciences, corporate development, and venture capital. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Joe led business operations and corporate strategy at Modifi Bio, playing a pivotal role in driving its successful $1.3 billion acquisition by Merck & Co. in October 2024. He currently serves as a Fractional Chief Business Officer, advising high-growth healthcare startups on commercial strategy, operational scaling, and new company formation. Joe  partners with venture capital firms,  such as The University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners, leveraging his extensive expertise to source and support transformative healthcare investments.

Brad Kligman is a physician executive and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in clinical practice, healthcare leadership, and business innovation. He currently serves as Chief Medical Officer of Sight Growth Partners, one of the largest integrated ophthalmology platforms in the U.S., where he leads clinical strategy, physician recruitment, and operational excellence. A board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained cornea and refractive surgeon, Brad maintains an active surgical practice while guiding corporate development initiatives in private equity-backed healthcare. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he focused on M&A, venture capital, and healthcare strategy. Brad is also President of the New York State Ophthalmological Society and an advisor to multiple healthcare startups, bringing a unique blend of clinical, operational, and investment insight to early-stage companies.

Venture Partner 

Paul Kwak is a seasoned healthcare, defense, and enterprise AI executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across life sciences, corporate development, and federal innovation. He currently serves as Senior Director of Strategic Solutions at C3 AI, where he leads enterprise AI initiatives for national security and healthcare stakeholders. Prior to that, Paul led data and analytics programs at Technomics and Group W, supporting U.S. Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies.

Associate 

Natalia Felpel is an emerging venture investor with a background spanning consulting at a Big Four firm, corporate business development, and entrepreneurship. She has managed strategic initiatives for multinational corporations and holding groups, and gained hands-on experience at the European Space Agency, within startups, and as a founder. Natalia holds double master’s degrees from leading universities including USC, CEMS, ESADE, LSE, and CBS.
